“Aurora” Texas Longhorn Skull Art

“Aurora” is a stunning, Texas Longhorn skull art piece.  Hand painted in a sandstone color along with various shades of blue to harmonize with the center stone.  There is a light texture underneath and leafing accents featuring a beautiful hand tooled and painted leather concho with a semi precious stone center of sea sediment jasper.  The center stone was the inspiration for the piece.  The leafing material is treated which makes it very colorful, it appears to have an aurora-borealis effect, hence the name of this piece.  The horns have cream, white and gorgeous rusty caramel tips. This piece measures 56” tip to tip x 19” long x 15” deep.
